While I'm Waiting

I realize that my last posts are pretty much me ranting. I just looked at them, reading over them and it made me a bit upset, to be honest. God is so good, so why do I have so many blog posts of me just complaining? Honestly, I apologize for those who read them.

As for life right now, it's not peaches and cream, but it's good. God is good! He remains faithful, even when I am not! God is showing me some stuff and I've learned (more like re-learned) how amazing His love is. Even when stress and confusion come, His love remains strong and greater than any other emotion or feeling out there.

As for next steps? Well I think God is in the process of teaching me patience, among other things. Yes, my heart still aches for Africa. It's still a bit hard to be here right now. I still just want to pack up and go. BUT...I know God has me here for a reason. So in the waiting, I will seek the Lord and what He has to see.
