I know I just posted like yesterday, but I felt the need to post again. In this whole process of getting ready to go back to South Africa, I've been updating about financial progress, deadlines being met, things being accomplished. I wanted to take this post to talk about Impact Africa. Since I am working with them this summer, why not share about their ministry?

Impact Africa was started by Rich and Michelle Franzen. The Franzens have an obvious heart for both God and Africa. When I was working with them last summer, they both encouraged me, a lot! Rich worked with Teen Mania for a while but when God called them to move to Africa, they packed up and followed God. This is super encouraging to me. Just to see such faith in following God!

The ministry of Impact Africa is active and very much alive! They've developed a pre-school next door to Kya Sands, one of the squatter camps in the Jo'berg area. They do ministry in Diepsloot, host teams for short term missions trips and are constantly reaching out to those in the Jo'berg area.

I'm not even sure if anyone really reads these, but if you are, I ask you to pray! Pray for the ministry of Impact Africa! Commit time in prayer over their ministry, the people the reach, the Franzen family! Surround the whole ministry in prayer!
