He knows what's up!

My boss (at the daycare) yelled at me yesterday. She asked me about my schedule with working two jobs. When I told her, she yells (at naptime too) "Jo!!! You need to slow down! I don't want to have to cook for you, for a whole week because you're at home, sick in bed!" Like any good employee, I laughed at her.
But seriously...I just cannot get over how good my God is! Ugh, He is just amazing! He provides! He answers prayer! As you all know, I just started working 2 jobs. So far, so good! It's a bit tiring, but it's that kind of tired thats so worth it. It's that kind of tired that, when I finally get in bed at night, I feel like I earned my tiredness. Better yet, it's the kind of tired that comes from doing things that I enjoy. So busy? Yes. Tired? Yes. So grateful for the weekend? Oh my goodness, yes! But I'm ok with this. I'd so rather be busy then doing nothing.
Tonight, I was in chapel with the ladies at the mission. The person doing chapel tonight was talking about her trip to Israel. Oh man, how incredible that must have been! To walked were Jesus litterally walked! To see the same landscapes that Jesus did! To do be in the very area where He brough the dead back to life, where He healed the blind, where He cast out demons, and where He taught! How incredible!
In Luke 4:18-19, Jesus tells us the reason why He came. The reason that He was in that area, why He healed the blind, the sick, cast out demons and so much more.
"The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has annointed me to preach the Gospel to the poor.
He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted,
to proclaim liberty to the captives and
recovery of sight to the blind.
To set at liberty those who are oppressed.
To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord."

But get this, before Jesus ever even spoke these words, it was prophisied that He would! You can find the same thing in Isaiah 61:1-3. So He knew His purpose long before He came to earth. He knew of every single sick, lame, blind, and possessed person that He would meet and set free. It was ordained by God Himself!
So bottom line...God has ordained this! God has an ordained purpose for everyone who gives their life to Him! He know's whats up! He even knows when youre looking for something to allow you to set some extra moolah aside for going to Africa. =)
